Up and coming rapper Juice WRLD tragically died at the age of only 21 in December of 2019. Despite this he still topping the charts and his posthumous album Legends Never Die is set to be one of the biggest hits of 2020 having debuted at No.1 on the Billboard 200 chart.
According to sources it now officially has the biggest first week sales of 2020, over taking The Weekend’sAfter Hours. Not only that, with more than 497,000 units sold this is the highest selling posthumous album in 20 years, eclipsing other posthumous albums like Tupac’s R U Still Down and Life After Death by Notorious B.I.G.
What’s more, the album has also become the most streamed album of the year with over 422 million on demand streams, which makes it the fourth most streamed album in history behind other hits like Drake’s Scorpion and Post Malone’s Beerbongs and Bentleys. In addition to his music, Juice WRLDS legacy continues to live on through his Live Free 999 Foundation which helps young people who are suffering from depression, anxiety, and addiction issues.
